Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day falls on a Tuesday this year so we will have a Valentine's Day party on Tuesday. We will be decorating Valentine boxes sometime next week. If you would like to bring Valentine's to share here are the names and ages of kids I have:

Changes

Hi everyone, I'm slowly getting back to normal. Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm updating my contract. You might see some small changes from the original contract but the big change will be a weeks paid vacation a year. This may be in the form of an entire 5 days or 5 personal days throughout the year. You will still get a week off a year with no charge. Once I am finished writing it out I will send home copies and will need a signed copy back to me. If you have any questions or concerns please let me know!

Congrats to Emma's family they found out they are having a boy! Congrats to Phoebe and Easton's family as well- both moms are due in August!

Bronchitis

We had a confirmed case of Bronchitis here so watch your kids' coughs. If your child spikes a temp 101 (in mouth) 100 underarm please take them in to get checked. Thanks!

Surgery *Updated*

K guys I'm going to be having surgery (Laprascopy) on Friday January 20th. I wasn't planning on it this came up suddenly at an appointment yesterday. I'm not sure what the recovery time will be for me. Some say 3 days some say a week. They are going to be removing one large mass cyst in my left ovary and several smaller cyst on my right ovary as well as some other smaller things. So far I'm just going to take Friday and Monday off and see how I feel during the weekend. If I can move/lift I will be open again on Tuesday. I will be getting a step stool for the kids to use to get themselves on the changing table and to help them into their cribs. We will also be doing all meals in the basement at the small table so I don't have to lift anyone up on chairs. Meals that week will be simple and easy. Thanks!
